1. Agreement

By accessing or using VectAd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

VectAd provides vector-based advertising infrastructure: connecting first-party data sources, building similarity-based audiences from your customer records, and exporting hashed audiences for activation on third-party ad platforms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading data you lack the rights to use, violating platform policies of connected ad networks, or attempting to disrupt the service.

5. Data and ownership

You retain all rights to your data. You grant VectAd the limited rights necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your customer data or the audiences you build.

6. Third-party platforms

Activation on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms and approval processes. VectAd is not responsible for third-party platform decisions.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectAd's liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
