Data you control

VectAd is built so your first-party data stays yours. Customer records and derived audience data are stored in your workspace database. We do not resell, share, or train shared models on your customer data.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide (name, work email, company) and standard product usage data needed to operate and improve the service. We do not require raw customer PII to be sent to us for audience activation.

Google Sign-In

If you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with VectAd solely to authenticate you and create or access your VectAd workspace. We do not use Google Sign-In data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google services. You can revoke VectAd's access anytime in your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or delete your VectAd account to remove associated profile data.

How audiences are exported

Customer-match audiences are exported as SHA-256 hashes formatted for ad platforms such as Meta and Google. Raw identifiers are hashed before they leave your environment.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to run the application and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
